MidWest Micro’s Automated Technician Service makes troubleshooting easy. Simply use your touch-tone phone to call 1-888-467-6287. Then answer a number of pre-recorded questions via prompts, and you'll get detailed solutions to common technical issues. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

InfoFax


Get the information you need-when you need it-in writing. MidWest Micro’s infoFax service lets you obtain important accounting, customer service and technical information 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Using a touch-tone phone, call 1-800-445-2025 and follow the prompts. Within minutes, you'll receive the information you need via your fax machine.

Payment Options


At MidWest Micro, we offer the convenience several different payment options including Net 30, C.O.D., Credit Card and leasing.

Net 30
To apply for a Net 30 account, please fill out our Net Terms Application and return it to MidWest Micro.

C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)
MidWest Micro offers C.O.D. service for packages shipped via UPS. For C.O.D. method of payment, we accept cash, certified checks, money orders and company checks.

Credit Card
You may charge your payment to MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover®.

Leasing
