SYMPTOMS
An error message indicating that the file "load=" cannot be found appears after installing the video drivers for the STB Velocity 4400 video card and restarting the computer.

NOTE: The file name may be indicated as "load=load=", "load=load=load=", etc.

CAUSE
The driver software installation put an incorrect entry in the Microsoft^® Windows^® Registry.

RESOLUTION

1. From the Microsoft^® Windows NT^® desktop screen, click on the "Start" button.
2. Select "Run".
3. Type: REGEDIT then press the [ENTER] key.
4. Select "Edit".
5. Click on "Find".
6. Type the name of the file that can't be found (i.e. "load=", "load=load=", etc.) then click on the "Find Next" button.
7. Highlight the "Name" field (the actual text that you searched for will be listed under "Data").
8. Press the [DELETE] key.
9. Click on the "OK" button to confirm the deletion.
10. Press the [F3] key then repeat steps 7-9 until all references have been found and deleted.
11. Click on the "OK" button then exit the "Registry Editor".
12. Restart the computer.
    
    The missing file error should no longer appear.
