If you're using the BBS, remember to set your telecommunications package to ANSI emulation which is the preferred emulation when connecting to our BBS. Configure your software package to 8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit (8N1). And, if your telecommunications package supports Zmodem, use it as the protocol for downloading your files. When you call, you'll be asked for your Customer Number. Have this number ready to ensure yourself plenty of time to download the available files.
