I know that the computer system or notebook must be turned off and unplugged from all AC outlets before I perform any physical repairs. I also understand that all batteries should be removed from the notebook before I begin any repairs.

I understand that MidWest Micro has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the information in the Technician�s Almanac is accurate and precise. I also understand that MidWest Micro is not responsible for any loss of information or damage caused by the guidelines listed herein, and MidWest Micro does not accept any responsibility for damage to any computer or notebook based on the use or misuse of these guidelines.

By entering a login name and password, our database can keep track of how many times you have used the Technician�s Almanac and what issues you have resolved with the service. If a future concern requires our Technical Representatives� attention, we can refer to your personal log for your PC�s troubleshooting history. All data that you provide while using this service is confidential and used for in-house reference only.

Remember: To accurately keep track of your files, you must type in your login name and password the same way each time you open the Technician�s Almanac.
