Operating System(s): WIN98

SYMPTOMS

The screen goes blank returns to the Microsoft® Windows® desktop when running Baseball 3D. The program may appear to start normally.

CAUSE

The incorrect video drivers may be installed.

RESOLUTION

PCs that include the ATI Rage Pro video integrated directly into the motherboard (such as those based on the MS-5182 Micro ATX motherboard) require that the video drivers be reinstalled from the motherboard support CD.

PCs with a separate ATI video card require that the correct video drivers be reinstalled from the ATI Driver Installation CD.

Once the correct video driver software is installed, the screen should no longer go blank. Baseball 3D should run properly.
