Though you probably won�t find the answers to all your questions, you�ll certainly learn enough to get you started in the right direction.

As you delve deeper into our site, you may notice how much easier it is to navigate from page to page, and find the information you�re looking for. If you�re just browsing, use the menu on the left to visit individual areas or the black bar at the bottom of each page to visit main areas on our site, like the Sales or Service Center. Or pull up the Site Map for an overhead view. We�ve also improved existing search engines, like the Search Our Site page which now browses documents in the On-line Catalog and the technical Knowledge Base.

Speaking of which, the technical areas promise to be the fastest-growing pages on our site. As part of our reconstruction, we�ve consolidated some sections and started building others. Now you can go to the Knowledge Base and pull up the hottest issues, FAQs, hardware installation and troubleshooting notes for every product category. And in line with the overall "information drive," you�ll find even more technical documents and services in the near future.

No matter where you go, smaller graphics and improved caching capabilities will work better with even lower-end modems and browsers. (For the best effect, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0 or higher, or Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher.)
